Over the next 3 months I am working hard to prep a bunch of kiddo activities to keep my toddlers busy while I am in my little newborn bubble. I am fully expecting 3 kids under the age of 3 to be absolute chaos so I am focusing on doing anything I can now to make life a little bit easier while I’m in the trenches. This includes prepping several different sensory bins to cycle through to give the toddlers some novel experiences while I can hopefully just zone out on the couch and enjoy baby snuggles 👶🏻
First up I decided to do a ❄️ Frozen ❄️ themed bin because we already had the Elsa & Anna figurines and my 2.5 year old absolutely loves Frozen.
I hope this goes without saying but ALWAYS watch your kids while they are playing with any of these sensory supplies. While I make careful choices about what to include in these to minimize chocking hazards or risk, children should always be observed to ensure safe playing.

Supplies
I love that I was able to use some things that I already had on hand like the Frozen figurines and the scoops. I also don’t mind investing in things like the kinetic sand and the gems because I know I will be able to repurpose them into supplies for other themed sensory bins in the future. I’m slowly growing my stash of supplies with the goal of eventually just being able to use things I already have on hand for any of these kiddo activities.
So if your kid already has figurines from one of their favorite TV shows or movies just use that as your starting point and go from there like I did!

I hope your kiddos love this activity as much as I expect mine to! If you make this yourself or some variation on let me know. You can also check out my IG reel sharing this sensory bin here.
